Translated by: Elena Contell-Gonzalo, PT MSc. Elena is a Spaniard physiotherapist whose vocation always was work for children with neurodevelopmental conditions and their families. Now starting in a special needs school in Scotland, she aims to learn more about school-based therapy while contributing also with her knowledge brought from Spain. Apart from working as PT, Elena loves helping to spread evidence-based practices collaborating as English-Spanish translator of documents or courses/seminars about pediatric physiotherapy.

In February of 2018, we worked with Ginny Paleg, PT, DScPT, MPT and Laura Money, PT to create an infographic to help guide therapists in selecting a stander for use at home and in school. If you missed it, you can read the original post here, where you can also download a full-size English version of the infographic, that you can then share and print.

We are always excited when we are contacted to collaborate to translate our work into other languages, to bring the knowledge to a wider audience.

We thank Elena Contell-Gonzalo for translating the Choosing a Stander infographic into Spanish.
